This Privacy Policy describes how Kinnett Software Development, LLC
and its corporate affiliates (collectively, “The Kinnet's Game
,” “we,” or “our”) process personal information that we collect through our digital or online properties or services that are linked to this Privacy Policy, including our websites, social media pages, marketing campaigns, and other activities described in this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
The Kinnet's Game may provide additional or supplemental privacy policies to individuals at the time that personal information is collected in connection with specific products or services we offer. The Kinnet's Gamely offers a variety of services, including a Business to Business (“B2B”) prospect database designed to help its business customers expand their email outreach campaigns. For data processing activities where we act at the direction of and on behalf of the relevant customer, this Privacy Policy does not apply to such personal information. Our use of personal information processed on behalf of the relevant customer may be governed by our agreements with such customer. If you have any questions about personal information that we process at the direction of and on behalf of a business customer, please direct your questions to that business customer. For example, the management of email validity and deliverability (e.g., invalid email addresses, bounced emails) is governed by our agreements with such customers. Our websites, products, and services are designed for business customers and their representatives. In addition, the B2B prospect database processes business contact information. We do not provide products or services that are intended for use by individuals for personal, family, or household purposes. Therefore, we treat all personal information we collect as relating to the individual (as a representative of the relevant business customer) or in his or her professional capacity (rather than as a person).

We may collect personal information from or about you from a variety of sources. Below, we describe the various ways in which we collect such personal information. We may combine your personal information that we obtain from various sources.
Information You Provide to Us or We Generate About You. Personal information that you may provide to us or that we may generate about you through the Services or otherwise includes:
Contact data, such as your first and last name, email address, billing and mailing addresses, job title and company name, and telephone number.
Demographic data, such as your city, state, country of residence, and zip code.
Account Data, such as the username and password you may set when you establish an online account on the Services, information about where you found us, the email address you use for outreach, and any other information you add to your account profile.

Transaction Data, such as information related to or necessary to complete an order you place on or through the Services, including order numbers and transaction history.

User-generated content data, such as reviews, comments, questions, messages, and other content or information you generate, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Services, and related metadata. Metadata includes information about how, when, where, and by whom the content was collected, and how the content was formatted or compiled. Metadata also includes information that users can add to or have added to their content, such as keywords, geographic or location information, and other similar data.

We, our service providers, and our business partners TNERS may automatically log information about you, your device, and your interactions with the Services, our communications, and other online services over time. Information collected automatically may be combined or connected with information collected from other sources. Information collected automatically may include:
Device data, such as your computer or mobile device’s operating system type and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, device type (e.g., mobile phone, tablet), IP address, unique identifiers (including those used for advertising purposes), language settings, mobile device carrier, radio/network information (e.g., Wi-Fi, LTE, 3G) and general location information, such as city, state or geographic area.
Online activity data, such as the pages or screens you view, the time you spend on a page or screen, the website you visited before navigating to the Services, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activities on pages or screens, time and duration of visits, and whether you open our emails or click on links within them.
Communication interaction data, such as your interactions with our emails, texts or other communications (e.g., whether you open or forward an email) – we may do this through the use of pixel tags (also known as clear GIFs), which may be embedded invisibly in our emails.
